Dr. Raney obtained his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. He then attended one of the top medical schools in the country, Vanderbilt University Medical School in Nashville, Tennessee. He received his medical degree in 1995 and began a 3 year emergency medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Dr. Raney is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He has practiced ER medicine for over a decade and his experience ranges from the small town emergency department to a metropolitan level 1 trauma center.
Dr. Jerel Raney is originally from Arkansas. He is married to Amanda Bradshaw Raney, M.D. and has two sons. |
